This is a beautiful tree native to Brazil. It tends to be bushy and very
slow growing. However, it is quite unusual in that it produces its fruit
right on the bark of the tree! The fruits look like large, dark grapes,
and are very similar in taste. It usually fruits several times per year
and is cold hardy down to 24 degrees!
