This tree requires full sun and is fairly salt tolerant and cold hardy. You can expect it to fruit in May and June. However, it does goes dormant in the winter, which helps to increase its fruiting. Be sure to water very lightly when dormant or it won't produce much fruit.

White Sapote is a delicious, creamy fruit. It is fairly cold hardy (takes down to 24 degrees, and has few seeds. We are the home of the original "Smathers" tree now, which is one of the best around!

We will be adding information about different varieties that are available, planting instructions, fertilizer, etc. as soon as possible, so please check back soon.
